Ingredients
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 4 tsp light brown sugar
- 4 ea. carrots

Instructions
- Rinse uncut produce in fresh water. Do not peel carrots. Slice the carrot on the bias into 1/4” pieces. Add cumin, chili powder, brown sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper to a bowl with the carrots. Toss to combine spices and coat the carrots well.
- On medium high heat, grill the carrots 5-7 minutes on each side until fork tender.
